| April 12, 2013 | the vegetables and fruits are good but the meat and fish quality is very bad.i only buy salmon lobsters and crabs they spray and clean the glass cabinets in which the meat is kept and you can see they dont remove the meat when spraying they do this just before they close the store. the meat and fish should be inspected on a daily basis by Canadian authorities. the salesmen manning the meat and fish counters are very rude. The cutting machines are filthy. Who cares about the smiles and customer service some times you are fooled with the prices on sale . Please check the items and receipts before leaving the store the noodles and most of the products have expired dates and some of the frozen foods have no expiry dates on them. You can use only cash and debit cards to purchase grocery and they dont accept coupons | ★☆☆☆☆ Poor |
| April 6, 2013 | I bought the pre-packed chicken wings, when it's time for me to cook the chicken wings I open the package to wash and cook it there was a cut chicken legs inside the package. We do our groceries only once a week and they are giving only 24hours to return. How do I know the packaged was moxed with different thing, I can't tell because it was covered with the right item on top. I paid more money for the item that was less worth.Is this right? Another incident was, I bought a soursop. At that time, it was not ripe yet. I waited for a couple of days when I open I open it, it was bad black inside and rotten. Again it passed the 24hrs. and it was not worth to drive it back to the store. Oceans scammed and cheated the customers who put them into business....
